All American Markers LLC warranty is something we proudly offer, it never expires – Ever.

All American Markers LLC guarantees that we will remedy any defects or replace free of charge any marker found faulty in materials or craftsmanship. Granite and marble are natural materials and will vary in color slightly from stone to stone. Simply return the marker to All American Markers and a new marker will be sent to you. Please send a photograph of the defective marker and your proof of purchase as soon as possible so we can expedite the process and get your new marker to you.

Print and save your receipt as it is proof of your purchase and warranty. It is only under these conditions that we can offer you a new marker.

Markers that are broken or damaged in transit are not covered under the warranty and you will need to file a claim with the shipping company.

Normal wear is not covered under this warranty, nor is damage caused by an outside source to the marker, i.e. lawnmowers, vandalism, etc.
